  • Hajj and Umrah travel involve inherent risks, including health concerns, political instability, natural disasters, and travel delays. Buraq Travels LLC is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
  • Clients are responsible for confirming they are physically fit for travel and should consult their healthcare provider prior to participating.

2. Third-Party Services and Airline Bookings

  • We act solely as an independent intermediary between clients and third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, and transportation providers.
  • Buraq Travels LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues related to third-party services. Clients must address service-related disputes directly with the provider.
  • We do not guarantee flight availability, pricing, or quality of airline services. All fares, schedules, and services are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.
  • Airline cancellation and refund policies apply to all bookings. Service fees charged by Buraq Travels LLC for booking assistance are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times are controlled by the airline, and we cannot expedite this process.
  • Requested changes after ticket issuance are subject to airline policies and may incur additional fees. We can assist but do not guarantee approval or fee waivers.

3. Visa Processing

  • We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approval. Visa decisions are made solely by Saudi Arabian authorities.
  • Buraq Travels LLC is not liable for visa delays, denials, or additional requirements imposed by authorities.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and personal liability.
  • Buraq Travels LLC is not responsible for expenses arising from a lack of travel insurance.

5. Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to airline schedules, weather, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives but are not liable for inconvenience or extra costs resulting from such changes.

6. Force Majeure

  • Non-compliance may result in denial of entry or penalties, for which we are not liable.

  • Deposits and payments are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds may not be available after a specified date or under certain circumstances.

  • This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Georgia.
